It's a bad move for FreshDesk's company culture. It's a worse move for ZenDesk but a bad move for FreshDesk. They took this and made it a part of their company by registering a domain name and making a big, glittery page about it. Also, since ZenDesk isn't exactly a behemoth, and it names names, it's quite personal. |
