Zendesk should've left this alone. I can't even fathom why they'd start. The products don't look alike. They are takes on the same name, help / support desk, which is a standard name. I don't want to rag on Zendesk. I've been using them for years. But with stupid remarks like this, their incredibly slow / almost non-existent development on the product, and lackluster support have me keeping an eye out for replacements. Kind of dangerous with stuff like Assistly looming out there. That said, I'm not sure an entire domain name was warranted for this. I thought it was just a blog post at first. |
