The original title of the post is "IBM Redefines Hybrid Cloud Application and Data Storage Adding Red Hat Storage to IBM Offerings".

The title of the Ceph mailing list post is "Red Hat’s Ceph team is moving to IBM", which makes it more clear what's happening.
