This syncs with my experience. The ones that think they are better than everyone else and don’t have any humility are the hardest. They tend to break things, write 5x more code than needed then stay defensive and finger point instead of fixing things. I have worked with a few juniors who actually were better than everyone. In all cases they were approachable, humble, asked questions and then were swooped up by a company like google. |
