No it didn't, they don't want to officially deny it but it's clear they are not going to make exception to the normal process for the Ukraine. There was a press conference recently.

Unlike some smaller republics in the Europe, the Ukraine has to wait. No normal process reference is necessary.
Edit: those who say Ukraine is less deserving the de-jure membership in NATO - de-facto Ukraine almost have it already - than e.g. Northern Macedonia seem to be losing touch with reality. Let's remember how, when and why NATO was created...
