Interesting posts but I think most miss the basic requirements for business or technical co-founders. Based on my prior 'bad' experiences, I look for following qualities, in order, in future partners. 1. Passion (intrinsic motivation)
2. Chemistry
3. Commitment
4. Capability
5. Competency |
