>A nice steady rain with small, well-dispersed droplets makes a wonderful sound. This is relaxing. >Giant droplets accumulated on branches, falling off of a tree onto the roof of your truck, falling at random intervals, something like 5-30 seconds apart. Sounds more like someone tapping on the roof. That will keep you up all night. This is what I cannot stand. |
