When I was a developer and engineering manager, we used Qt for many desktop and embedded (not microcontroller) applications for many years. It was a bit cheaper than today (~3K EUR/seat) but it paid by itself due to the increased productivity. It was a no brainer. With mobile platforms, I can imagine the same is true: you can save a ton of development time money. |
