I know people that work at both open and closed institutions. These are some of the least trustworthy people I ever encountered.

What's there to get? Who cares? Pretty much no one, and almost all cases will be unenforceable. It's pretty safe to say that for every case caught there's a ton of cases that aren't.

I would be interested to know what kind of shadiness, if you somehow see this... I imagine similar stuff to what you see in nursing homes; pretty messy business there, too.
