It happens… I’ve chastised an interviewer before. Their job was to identify:
1) Can the candidate do the job?
2) Will the candidate do the job?
3) Will the candidate work well the team? Their job was not to emulate FAANG, intimidate the candidate, or see if the candidate studied Leetcode. |
