I'm in the market for a new opportunity, and recently listened to a podcast about working for a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) e.g. yearn.finance .

It got me wondering - is it possible to work at a DAO full-time and make a comparable living wage to a full time salaried employee? If so, it seems like something interested to try.

What was your experience like?

Did you make a living wage comparable to other roles you had in tech (assuming 40h work week)?

It seems more likely that DAOs, within the already small world of crypto, is a small enough niche that it’s hard to get lots of engagement on DAO content.
