Post Snowden, I imagine many have went dark and used Tor exclusively. Not that Tor is a magic bullet, but it makes many of these data mining operations pointless. I know for sure NSA run exit nodes, but although crypto won't save you, properly implemented crypto will save you. This article mainly applies to the other 90% who are not encrypting their comms. |
