At least in the US, the pandemic seemed to be taken seriously on March 11, 2020, when the NBA shut down. The news had been talks about what was coming and some companies had already sent their people home but the NBA thing was the domino that started it all. So creating an app on the 17th is pretty in line with the timeline of events, if anything maybe a little late. |
