I will echo what all the guys have said, as the mother of a toddler: paternity leave is the best gift you can give your child, your partner, and even yourself those first few months. I don't know what I would have done had my husband not been off work those first few weeks.

The baby will keep you busy, but it will be a different sort of busy. My husband got some cool projects done, while still being the main changer of midnight diapers.
