I use Standard Notes[0] and use tags to categorize my notes/TODOs. Heard great things about Obsidian[1] too, although it seems a bit overkill for my needs. I don't really have a 'flow'. I don't beat myself up if I don't complete everything on the list, and usually the super-hard stuff is just taken off the list for being too hard!
