aka the subtle art of a55 kissing. if you’re open to it ;) imo we do a terrible job of training managers to be leaders instead of “bosses”. we have an absurd view of leadership equating to a person’s value being higher. it’s not. when you work in management you have a role to perform, but if you have a culture that has to work to assuage you in order to disagree with you then you should probably find a different job. |
