My first assumption was it’s just an OS for installing on a little computer like a Raspberry Pi, for plugging into a TV or monitor via HDMI. But you’re right it’s unclear, this bit of the intro seems to imply you could install it straight to a TV: “Plasma Bigscreen turns your TV or setup-box into a fully hackable device”. So far I haven’t heard of any smart TV that lets you install a new OS, might be possible with hacks though. |
