Complaining about UIs on forums that the people responsible for the issue will likely never see is not and never has been constructive criticism. It's a gripe, or a whinge, which is fine and open source shouldn't be immune to it. Although I will say that open source projects in my experience tend to be much more responsive to bug reports and actual constructive criticism from people paying them $0.00 than proprietary software projects are. |
