> Not everyone gets to live in San Fran or Chicago. Chicago is actually cheap because the city has historically allowed buildings. Huge swaths of the city are made of mostly 4 flats and 10+ unit apartment buildings, which means that my rent in one of the hotter neighborhoods is $1500 for a 3 bed. |
