There are, but, as we say in Czech: "the paper can tolerate anything". I will certainly be opening a bottle of Malbec the day when the works actually start. HSRs would be very useful, as the contemporary railway network is badly overloaded and at the edge of its capacity. Every irregularity, including planned repairs, unleashes a hurricane of delays all over the main corridors. |
