I think this starts with defining what great culture means. For me, great culture means; prioritizing a work/life balance, health (mental and physical), trust, expertise, EQ and diversity (to name a few). I've been at the USDS for about 14 months and find their culture to be an awesome fit for me. https://www.usds.gov/ |
