Agreed with all that. Do you think the offsite events would be fun if you already knew people there had similar passions as you? For example, lets say an offsite get scheduled. You see the people on a platform and you see similarities between you and them. For example if your profile has game of thrones, star wars, FIFA, NBA, EVs as something you love, and then before the off site you see a co-workers with some of the same stuff too, would that make the off site better? Because then you could go to the offsite and immediately talk to that person about the game last night, or about FIFA. |
