Yes, so we thought a lot about new people joining remote companies or even hybrid companies. Like how do these people connect with their team ASAP? The faster they get comfortable the faster they become productive. That is usually hard to do for new folks in remote/hybrid env. I agree with the silos too. I think we as a world should strive to make work more fun, friendly and honestly less miserable. I am asking this favor from some of the people here with unique POVs.
