I doubt it. Having been on the opposite end of things, screening questions aren't typically formalized. A lot of pre-interview and interview questions are prepared based off of the position that the applicant is applying for, their resume, and their cover letter. If you're having trouble just getting your foot in the door, it might be worth focusing on your cover letter to tailor it to the employer. If you can concisely explain how your skillset can work well for the position you're after, it can go a long way (assuming you're not doing that already)
