Oracle/Netsuite has an interesting approach to upgrades--they force them on you twice a year. Upgrade windows aside, it's ok. I imagine that the sweet-spot for Netsuite are businesses that do 5MM to 100MM ARR. Possibly less if there's a heavy need for EDI, volumetric shipping, etc. |
