I have been many times -- I used to live there.

I am not a big fan of motorsports (or any sports, come to that) but I know of no other event where you can get so very close, standing behind a wall while bikes go past at 200mph. And it's free.

It's an amazing thing. Anyone into motorcycles at all should go once in their life.

Yeah, just heard about it from Ian McGilchrist, when he was talking about the left-brain/right-brain differences. He mentioned this race in that context, so I looked it up.
