19th avenue is a pretty busy street. Also given that there are tenants it's likely under rent control given the age of the house (apartments built after 1979 are exempted? https://sftu.org/rent-control/ ) I grew up in this neighborhood so I've seen the slow change over the decades as people buy and renovate. |
