For top management, its 'more people less computer' that they work with, but for IC's, its 'more computer less people'. It doesn't matter where the 'computer' is (Home or Office), but for top management 'people' in-person is what they all got to work with and people in general are difficult to manage remotely. Also this will help them keep anyone from moonlighting, so they prefer them in office. |
