Fair. There's a question about "how big a basket you want". SPY (S&P 500, average of the top 500 companies in the USA) is fine. VTI is fine. VT is fine. They'll all fluctuate with each other since they're different baskets, but picking a broad-basket of stocks and diversifying is the most obvious good strategy for stock picking. |
