Social connection to my coworkers? Not really since I talk to them on a daily basis and that’s all that’s needed for a good working relationship. As for my own morale, it’s much improved since in the downtime I can have water cooler chat with my real life friends and family. I like to think that if WFH had been here in 2000, my college buddies would have had a great time staying in the same house and working. Instead we moved to different states for jobs. |
