I’m saying this outcome wouldn’t have been prosecuted had she been a man. She’s being sentenced for being female, not for fraud.

What are some examples of men who haven’t been prosecuted for fraud on this scale?

Isn’t prosecuting for fraud good for non-fraudulent founders? That means investors can trust them more. So if men actually weren’t prosecuted, it would be easier to invest in female founders than male founders.
