> Americans living abroad in France can vote in American elections, but note the French people. Therefore the US is an appartheid state. Are French people effected by America's laws and politics the same way Palestinians are effected by Israel's laws and politics? If America controlled the water, power, marriages, fishing rights and freedoms of the French people I would argue that perhaps they should have a vote. |
