Ask HN: How to structure/manage machine learning teams?

Hi everyone :) I have some experience running software product development teams with scrum or other agile methods. However I was wondering if Scrum is even applicable for Machine Learning teams or if there are other frameworks/best practices that I am unaware of? Would love to hear your experiences!
