Happened recently, ordered pizza but they delivered to wrong address. Called them they wanted to deliver pizza again but it would have been too late. So they refunded the transaction, though seemed a little reluctant. My guess is that if I had no option to do a chargeback, it would have been harder to get a refund then. |
