Ask HN: Is your calendar overly full or overly empty?

I think most of us would love to find hacks for being more productive, but I'm curious, do you suffer from too many meetings, and not enough free time to work on projects, OR too much "open" calendar space that leads you to procrastinate, get distracted, etc.?

It's just full enough, just empty enough. I decline a lot of meetings, mainly because they're not relevant to me and what I do. With some meetings, I take a few minutes to review the meeting summary and minutes (posted on the internal wiki). It's rare that I find anything I need to know.
