There's a fourth option: Pay them. Pay someone to prioritize and fix your issue. You mention a work project, a work project is a commercial project, and a commercial project has money to spend; money it SHOULD spend. Either on you - to fix and/or fork it - or someone else. We use an open source mobile app framework and we have a guy on retainer for 8 hours / week for just that reason. |
