10/40Gb hasn't been the standard in data centers in a number of years. My house is entirely 10Gb (save for wireless), in part because older enterprise gear at those speeds is so cheap. 25/50 and 100/400 have supplanted 10/40 in the data center, and 800Gb is here now. |
