This situation seems pretty frustrating for many. My guess, from his most recent public communications, is that idlewords is taking a mental health break. Step number 1 would be to stop payments to Pinboard if you are not satisfied. Then pursue a refund and wait $x until he responds. There's not much you can do beside that. People raging on the Internet doesn't seem to be grabbing his attention enough to offer a tangible statement, effort, or refund. |
