Yes, sort of. My company, a web agency with offices in DC and Seattle, does a 9:80. a 9hr days M-Th and then get every other Fri off. It's optional because not everyone wants to work longer days. We first started a few years ago with a "no meetings" friday rule, which was very successful. We expanded to the 9:80 program two years ago and it has also been successful. |
