> If the argument is compelling and cogent, people listen. Yes, ... Maybe ... I hope software people do; maybe they pay a bit more attention to logic and reason. I'm otherwise reading the book "Influence, New and Expanded: The Psychology of Persuasion", and I no longer have such high expectations :-( > not letting people get you down. Good point :-)
