X2Go here, although it looks like it needs updates for the future to continue. NX (the protocol it uses) had a novel way of only updating pixels that were changed and tunnels through ssh for security. Although if you're curious on the technicals look them up; my knowledge of it's got to be 20 years old at this point. |
