This is the part that sticks out to me: "Hearing aids cost a fortune, and Medicare doesn’t cover them." So, like, we (Americans) have bought into this system where basic health care, which we all pay for and plan to rely on when we retire, doesn't cover something that everyone needs if they get old enough? |
