Presumably because only a small percentage of people on LinkedIn are actively looking for jobs; also, I think you need a premium account on LinkedIn if you want to contact a lot of people who aren't on your network. Besides, U$50 isn't much compared to the fees recruiters charge. Even if you have to contact 20 candidates before hiring someone, $1000 is still cheap compared to, say, 15% of $100k. |
