Just an anecdote but where I live we've had a huge influx of ex-Floridians moving in. They are all over this town. I was thinking there was an exodus going on. There's even a name for all the people that move to Florida from northern states and realize they don't care for it: Halfbacks (halfway back to New York, MA, anywhere NE). |
