I posted this in a similar thread. It seems like you’re in the UK which might change things a bit but it may help you: I had a similar problem trying to get my address added to Google Maps and other platforms! I live in the US, and the post office changed my address (new number and street name) when a new road was cut in near my house. It was incredibly frustrating!
I tried on and off for weeks submitting reports, which were all closed or ignored. I figured out that if you create a business, Google will let you put in the address of the business and drop a pin on the map where the business is. They do not verify if the street address was previously in their database. So I created a fake business on Google and gave it my home address, and dropped a pin on my house. It showed up on the map within hours. Kind of hacky, but problem solved.
