Granted this is true of most companies, so perhaps reforming toxic culture should take a higher precedent if lawsuits are so scary… You seem to be assuming that lawsuits are only filed for legitimate grievances. It's easier to never have to deal with a lawsuit than try to prove you didn't discriminate. |
