Nope, we just laid off the least experienced 10% of our team, and haven't hired a junior since 2019. Best advice is that you don't need a job to become a mid or senior dev: Go contribute to open source projects. It's the best hiring indicator we have and it's much better at teaching you real world programming than boot camps or CS degrees (I have a CS degree but learned basically nothing about how to actually build software). |
