I read that as having more discipline to guard your personal time and prevent work from spilling over into it. One of my biggest observations from WFH is it's A LOT easier to work overtime without even realizing it. At home it's SOOO much easier to just stay on a little longer to "finish up," plus you don't have as many cues in your environment that the work day is ending. |
