"I don't like WFH so you shouldn't either" If you have no discipline and no motivation, remote work is not for you. You have to make efforts to have social interactions, get out of the house, draw a line in the sand between work and play. It's real easy once you get your ducks in a row. WFH is a great, but like anything, if you misuse it and can't find ways to be productive and disciplined, you probably belong in an office under the supervision and comfort of someone (or something, such as cultural ethos) having that discipline for you. |
