How many co-founders does the company have? Do you have equal shares (e.g. 33% in a 3 founder company)?

yes we have equal shares 1 ceo and 2 co founders(including me)

I can tell them but just thinking of what they would think about this see I don't want to make them unhappy. I am also not sure is VP high or CTO high and why I was not appointed as CTO.

I would definitely talk to them before taking major decision

yes that would make them unhappy and that is why I have not resigned but I dont know if you are able to understand it but it really feels bad seeing these things.
